For larger projects, we can agree a deposit and then split the balance into equal monthly payments over the build and a few months after launch. Terms are agreed and confirmed in your written quote.

Hosting, maintenance and support are billed as a monthly subscription, paid automatically via Direct Debit or card, and start after launch. To get started, we ask for the first milestone payment or, on a subscription plan, the first three months of fees upfront. This allows us to begin work and ensures commitment from both parties.
