What is WordPress CMS?
WordPress CMS is the content management system your website is built on. It gives you a secure, user-friendly admin area where you can update pages, edit content, add images, publish blog posts, and manage your website without needing to code.
What is a Custom WordPress Theme?
A custom WordPress theme is the bespoke design and structure of your website. Instead of using an off-the-shelf template, we create a theme tailored to your brand, pages, content, and goals. This gives the website a more unique look and a cleaner, more flexible build.
What are custom Gutenberg blocks?
Custom Gutenberg blocks are bespoke editing blocks created specifically for your website. They give you flexible sections that match your design, such as hero banners, service sections, FAQs, case study layouts, call-to-action blocks, and feature panels. This allows you to update content while keeping the website consistent and well designed.
What does website copy include?
Website copy is the written content on your website. This includes headings, page text, service descriptions, calls to action, FAQs, and other written content that explains what you do and encourages visitors to take action. Good website copy helps communicate your offer clearly, supports SEO, and improves conversions.
What's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2 compliance?
WCAG 2 stands for Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2. These are recognised accessibility guidelines that help make websites easier to use for more people, including users with visual, hearing, motor, or cognitive impairments. A WCAG 2 compliant website considers things such as readable text, colour contrast, keyboard navigation, accessible forms, image alt text, clear page structure, and compatibility with assistive technologies.
Do you add pages for free?
No, we do not. After your initial website has been designed, you may want to add more pages to your website down the line. We will charge an hourly fee for any additional pages, their SEO, and design work (minimum 1 hour).

How do payments work?
Our website plans are billed by monthly subscription and paid automatically via Direct Debit or card.
To get started, we ask for the first three months of fees to be paid upfront. This allows us to begin work and ensures commitment from both parties.
After launch, your plan continues as an automatic monthly subscription. Payments must remain up to date for hosting, maintenance, and support to continue.
All plans have a minimum contract length. After the minimum term, plans roll onto a monthly basis and can be cancelled with notice as outlined in our terms.
How long will it take to build my website?
The website build can take 2–4 weeks based on the project scale.
Is the hosting shared or dedicated?
Shared hosting service. We will upgrade this to dedicated if your website is receiving lots of traffic and needs more resources.
Do you offer email hosting?
We do not offer email hosting, but we will configure your website to send emails to your inbox of choice.
