What's the difference between the care plans?
The Woocommerce care plan is priced differently because Woocommerce websites tend to take up more server resources.
Migrating from another hosting service?
Three steps are required to move to our service and we can handle this for you:
- We’ll install Updraft plugin on your website and take a backup of the website.
- We’ll then use Updraft plugin to restore your website on our hosting service.
- We’ll sign into the service where your domain name is located and point it at our hosting service.
Daily backups
We take daily backups of your entire website. We can restore your website back to good health if anything were happen to it.
How long do you keep backups for?
Our backups are kept for 7 days. We can roll your website back to a previous version if need be.
How do you update WordPress core, plugin & theme?
We regularly monitor websites on our care plan to make sure that there are no security vulnerabilities in WordPress, the plugins or the theme. We make sure to test any updates before carrying them out of the live website to prevent any downtime. In the worst case scenario we can restore the website to it’s previous state using a backup.
We don’t update plugins immediately unless there is a severe vulnerability. This is because plugins can introduce bugs to the website and cause website downtime.

We use WpUmbrella to monitor the website’s uptime and to check for security vulnerabilities.
What's included in the monthly website report?
We provide a personalised monthly website report to summarise the performance of your website. This includes website uptime, and the health of your website.
Will you also update my website?
We are happy to make small website updates once a month. If you’d like help with adding new pages, improving website strategy, or SEO then we will charge an hourly fee.
Domain name included in the price?
Do you provide email inboxes?
We do not offer an email hosting service, but we’re to help you configure a mailbox on a third party service.
