Please enquireFrequently asked questions
Why does your baseline pricing start at £6,500 + VAT?
Our pricing reflects the level of custom design, UX research, and technical setup involved in every Shopify build — even our smallest package includes a fully bespoke theme, not a customised template.
Do these pricing packages include my ongoing Shopify subscription?
No — Shopify’s own monthly subscription is billed directly to you by Shopify and is separate from our build fee.
How do you prevent a drop in our Google rankings when changing platforms?
We map every existing URL to its new equivalent, set up 301 redirects, and preserve your metadata and structured data so search engines can re-index the new site without losing existing rankings.
What happens on the initial onboarding call?
Every project starts with a discovery call to understand your goals, brand, and catalogue before any design work begins.
Is full website migration included in the package price?
Yes — product data, customer accounts, and order history migration are included as standard in every package.
Can you help migrate my existing store to Shopify from another platform?
Yes, we provide seamless migration services from platforms like WooCommerce, Magento, Wix, and others, ensuring all products, customers, orders, and SEO redirects are carefully mapped and transferred with minimal downtime.
Do you offer ongoing support and maintenance after the Shopify store launch?
Yes, we provide ongoing post-launch support, updates, and maintenance retainers to handle fixes, new features, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization.
Can you help with Shopify apps and third-party integrations?
Yes, we can advise on, install, and configure Shopify apps (like Klaviyo, Recharge, and ERP tools) and build custom API integrations to ensure your systems are fully connected.
Do you provide fully custom Shopify theme design and development?
Yes, we design and develop fully customized Shopify themes tailored to your brand identity and business goals, rather than relying on generic templates.
Do you work with Shopify Plus and high-volume merchants?
Yes, we work with Shopify Plus brands, building custom checkout flows, international setups, and integrations for high-volume merchants who need advanced platform capabilities.
How do you optimize the Shopify store to help increase sales?
We design with commercial goals in mind, using proven ecommerce patterns, customer research, and conversion rate optimization strategies to improve website functionality and drive sales.
How long does it take to design and build a Shopify store?
The timeframe varies based on scope and complexity. A bespoke Shopify store typically takes between ten and sixteen weeks, with estimated timelines established during planning.
Brett, COO at UnBarred Brewery said this:
We’ve been working with Ben on an ad-hoc basis to help fix issues, improve user experience, tweak design and functionality to help make the experience better for our customers. Ben has been great at communicating, ideas, explaining and why how things need to be done and create easy to use guides if we or anyone else ever needs to revisit the work that has been done.
