RATED 5 STARS ON GOOGLE

Ben created my website for me over several sessions of working together. Working him with brilliant as we didn’t just build the website – he also helped me to define my brand values and voice to inform the website content – something I’ve needed to do for a while. The site looks great and I’m excited to continue our work together. Highly recommend Ben to anyone looking for a website refresh and fantastic marketing insights.

Ben was very helpful with my issue and would recommend to anyone.

Really great service. Good communication and very reliable. Would definitely recommend.

Frequently asked questions

How much does website support cost?

Website support is charged at £75 per hour. Before starting we’ll give you an estimate of hours, so you know what to expect.

Do I need a contract or monthly plan?

No. You pay only for the time we spend. If you’d prefer ongoing cover, see our WordPress Careplan or Shopify support services.

Which platforms do you support?

WordPress, WooCommerce and Shopify most often, and we can usually help with other platforms and custom-built websites too.

How quickly can you help?

Urgent problems, such as a website that’s down, are prioritised and we aim to respond the same working day. Other requests are usually scheduled within a few working days.

Can you work on a website you didn’t build?

Yes. Most of our support work is on websites built by someone else. We’ll take a little time to get familiar with how yours is set up.

What access will you need?

Usually an admin login for your website and, for some fixes, hosting or domain access. We’ll only ask for what the job needs.

Will you back up my website before making changes?

Yes. We take a backup before any significant change and use a staging copy where the fix carries risk.

What can’t you help with?

Large rebuilds or new features are better quoted as a project. We’ll tell you if a request would be better handled that way.

Brett, COO at UnBarred Brewery said this:

We’ve been working with Ben on an ad-hoc basis to help fix issues, improve user experience, tweak design and functionality to help make the experience better for our customers. Ben has been great at communicating, ideas, explaining and why how things need to be done and create easy to use guides if we or anyone else ever needs to revisit the work that has been done.
