Do You Add Pages For Free?
No we do not. After your initial website has been designed, you may want to add more pages to your website down the line. We will charge an hourly fee of £50 for any additional pages, their SEO, and design work (minimum 1 hour).
Do You Make 1 Page Websites?
We advise against making 1 page websites if you are a business that offers multiple products or services. 1 page websites work against Google’s criteria on page ranking and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), but also make it difficult for businesses to scale their SEO up.
In order to get organic traffic to the website from Google, you will need to rank well for multiple keywords / search queries that have a high search volume. Currently Google ranks pages based on:
- Meaning
- Relevance
- Quality
- Usability
- Context
We argue that a 1 page website will always fail to meet the relevance and usability criteria when trying to target multiple keywords / search queries, and also poses issues for SEO scalability (when adding new products & services to the website). The reason is threefold:
- SEO meta title should contain the keywords / search queries to rank for them. If you have multiple services – for example “WordPress website service” & “Shopify website service”, then the title will not be focused. Google recommends that the SEO Title should be 50–60 characters in length maximum. If too long, Google may reject this or truncate it so that Google users can’t see all of it on their device.
- The SEO meta description should be optimised, adding more context to each of the keywords / search queries that you’ve chosen to rank for. Google recommends that the ideal length should be 50 and 160 characters. If too long, Google may reject this or truncate it so that Google users can’t see all of it on their device.
- The usability suffers as users have to spend more time looking for relevant information. If the user searches for “WordPress building service” in Google and then clicks onto a 1 page website, they will likely see a page title that’s irrelevant. They might just navigate away from the website because they think it’s not what they are looking for. Even if they decide to stay on the page, they will then have to move past lots of irrelevant information about the brand and other services before they get to the information that they want to find. Whilst you could have quick links at the top of the page to speed up navigation, the system has to be very well designed and maintained (particularly for mobile) – especially if there are lots of sections to the page. Best to avoid this altogether.

How Do Payments Work?
Our website plans are billed by monthly subscription and paid automatically via Direct Debit or card.
To get started, we ask for the first three months of fees to be paid upfront. This allows us to begin work and ensures commitment from both parties.
After launch, your plan continues as an automatic monthly subscription. Payments must remain up to date for hosting, maintenance, and support to continue.
All plans have a minimum contract length. After the minimum term, plans roll onto a monthly basis and can be cancelled with notice as outlined in our terms.
Who Owns The Website?
We use in-house built templates and design systems to create new websites efficiently. A lot of time and expertise goes into developing and refining these systems.
Once your website is fully paid for, you own your website content — including your text, images that you have supplied, and any data — and you are free to take the site elsewhere if you choose.
However, we retain the design and structural rights to the website. This means:
- We keep a backup of the website design and structure.
- We may reuse layouts, components, and design patterns for future projects.
- The underlying templates, design systems, and build processes remain our intellectual property.
Your website will continue to function exactly as agreed, and this approach helps us keep prices affordable by reusing proven designs rather than recreating everything from scratch. If you require a different ownership arrangement, please discuss this with us before starting your project.
What Happens If I Miss A Payment?

- We can give you a backup of the website and the domain name, and you can transfer this to another hosting provider
- We can set up the website on another hosting provider for you.
